Banana Oatmeal Cookies!

Got that sweet tooth? Or after Dinner Craving? Try these 2 ingredient banana oatmeal cookies 🍌🍪 Healthy, Gluten Free and tastes like Banana Bread 🙌. These aren’t on my phase 3 meal plan but I still like to bake for the kiddos.

What you need:

2 Large Bananas, Mashed

2 Cups Gluten Free Oatmeal

If desired you card additional ingredients like:

Vanilla extract or vanilla beans

Chocolate chips/Carob chips

Dried Cranberries

Raisins

Chopped Walnuts, Almonds or Pecans

Coconut flakes

What you do:

Pre Heat the oven to 350. Place oats in a blender or food processor until they are the consistency of flour. In a bowl, combine mashed bananas and oats until. Add 1/2 cup of additional ingredients if desired. I like dark chocolate chips and a tsp vanilla.

Spray a baking sheet with coconut oil or use parchment paper. Drop batter, in 1 Large Tbsp, onto a cookie sheet. Flatten a tad with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove with a rubber spatula and place on a wire rack to dry.
