Fish Tacos



Ingredients:

1 lb. Mahi Mahi or all natural Organic Chicken Breast
To taste Cumin
Dash of Chili Powder (optional)
1 cup of each Red and Green Cabbage
Dash of Pepper & (optional) Sea Salt
2 Limes
2 Avocados
1/4 cup 0 % Fage Greek Yogurt
2 Tbs of Cilantro
1 small jalapeno pepper (optional)
Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
(Optional) Cheese
Food For Life Tortillas

I love these!! We use mahi mahi. You can use cod or tilapia. Really its your fish of choice. You can use a lean steak or ground turkey as well. Cook your fish or meat with the desired seasoning. We use Cumin and a dash of chili powder. I use a red and green cabbage slaw. First I chop the red and green cabbage. It makes about 2 cups. Then I cover it in the juice from 1/2 a lime (you can add more if you like). I add a dash of fresh cracked pepper and dash of sea salt (optional). Then I dice up 1 tomato. Chop 1 red onion. I use avocado cream in place of sour cream. Use 2 ripe avocados. Pit and mash with 1/4 cup of Fage Greek Yogurt 0%. Mince 2 tbsp of cilantro. mince 1 small jalapeno pepper (optional). Then mix together in the ninja or processor with juice from other 1/2 of the lime. Heat up food for life tortilla shells. Prepare as you like to fill your soft taco. You may also use cheese. My husband likes the taco blend cheese or fresh all natural shredded cheddar.
