Garlic Veggies

This recipe is by far one of my favorite dinner recipes for veggies and it was part of the 3 day refresh and the Ultimate reset.


Garlic Veggies




Serving size is 1 cup and this will serve about 4-6.


What to do:

1 head Cauliflower
1 head Broccoli
1 bunch Asparagus tips
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 Red Pepper, diced
1 Carrot, diced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
Turmeric, 1 pinch
Braggs liquid aminos 1 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp Olive oil 

2 tbsp of water

**(You can buy the mixed veggies in bags at the store and add the asparagus, zuchinni & peppers)


What to do: 

Heat oil in a large skillet.  Add galic and cook until fragrant.  Add broccoli and cauliflower. cook for 1-2 minutes.  Add carrots, peppers, asparagus, zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes.  Add 2 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for 3-5 more minutes until veggies are soft.  Add spices and liquid aminos (optional).  Remove from heat. Let it cool then serve an enjoy.
