Homemade Greek Dressing


 

Super easy DIY Greek dressing. So Delicious! This is part of the Ultimate Reset (cleanse/detox). Learning to read labels and make things at home for myself. I am learning how to only put foods in your body that are whole and not laced with chemicals. It’s crazy what they put in store bought salad dressings. Rule of thumb…if you can’t picture the food associated with the ingredient, don’t buy it

 

Greek Dressing

What you Need: 

1/2 cup EVOO
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (optional)
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon juice
2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 clove Garlic, Crushed
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Herbal Seasoning, ( I used Trader Joes 21 Season Salute)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
8-10 Kalamata Olives Sliced

 

What to do:

Place All ingredients in the Food Processor and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate after use.  It will solidify when it gets cold so bring it to room temp for about 30 minutes before serving.
