I am determined to fight the underam jiggle as long as I can. Here is an upper body circuit to help. It’s one of my favs.
Use a weight that is best for you. If you want to maximize your results then go a little heavier with the weights and modify by doing one arm at a time when appropriate. You can also use a resistance band.
