HUMMUS!! A little homemade hummus to go go with my salad for lunch. So easy and quick to whip up.

Use 2c raw chickpeas, 2-3 tbsp tahini, 1tbsp cup EVOO, a dash or 2 cumin, 2 lemons, and 1-2 garlic cloves. Add a little water if needed. Or you can add a little paprika for a kick.
