Mediterranean Seasoning


Dinner idea for tonight!! Looks pretty amazing right? I feel like it belongs in a restaurant. Lol. I added a few things to spice it up. Making healthy choices doesn’t have to be boring. You don’t have to starve yourself either. It is all about learning to control what goes on your plate and in your mouth. That’s half the battle right.

The recipe for this Mediterranean Seasoning I used is:

Basil,parsley, thyme, garlic powder, minced onion, oregano, pepper, and Himalayan salt.

Top a white fish of your choice ( I used Mahi Mahi), sliced tomatoes, and asparagus with a drizzle of oil and the seasoning. Broil for 8-15 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the fish. Serve it with a little Quinoa or Brown rice.
