How to make Peanut Butter Shakeology

Peanut Butter Shakes. My favorite go to breakfast…if I have time for the blender. If not…I skip the ice and the banana and shake the rest in a shaker cup with ice cold water. BAM! Done. Easy. Less than 2 minutes. Out the door and on the road. A busy mom’s savior. Feel great about what you are putting in your body and it’s ALWAYS better than skipping a meal. Skipping a meal will slow down your metabolism and cause a whole lot of other problems which will actually hinder your weight loss journey. NEVER skip a meal.
