So…Here you go. Here is a 12 Days of Christmas (Fitmas) Workout that you can do with absolutely NO equipment.
It is to be performed just like the song. So you start at 1 and then do 2,1 and then 3,2,1 and so on until you have do 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Grasshoppers are just like Knee to elbows in a plank position but you keep your legs straight and bring your knee to your elbow. You can modify and just do knee to elbow if you want. Grasshoppers hopping just sounded better in the song. LOL. If you do not have space to sprint then Sprint in place. If you do not have a set of dumbbells then you can use anything that is heavy. Load up your purse or a reusable shopping bag and swing it between your legs up to eye level. Or just pretend and don’t use any weight at all. So there you go!
