I get a lot of questions about what food additives to avoid. I know one that is hard to avoid but that I steer clear of is “natural flavoring” there is nothing natural about it. But here are the top 10 additives to avoid. I will attach an article in the comments that will explain it further because if you are anything like me…the words below are gibberish. knowledge is power and sometimes you have to learn about things you don’t want to know about because it means you may question your choices. For me I would rather know what I am putting in my body then blindly turn the other cheek and pretend I don’t know. Once I do know it is a choice that I make. And every now and then I will choose to poison my body but 80-90% of the time I am making a conscious effort to avoid and cut out all these things to protect me and my family. The choice is yours and no one is judging you. I just want to share the knowledge that I come to find.
