A little EXTREME upper body work today. Those isolated bicep curls, half push-ups, and the back work with the band had me shaking like crazy. Shake now so you don’t shake later right?? Great workout. Just when you think you are in shape, Autumn bring you back to reality and challenges you a little bit more. I can’t wait for the rest of the ladies in our group to jump in next week on Monday!
