So it’s time to rearrange your schedule. You have the power to change it. Get up earlier and get it done First thing before your day has a chance to hit the fan.
Will it suck to get up even earlier? YUP! Not gonna lie about that one.
Heck…When I worked full time…I told myself the same thing. So I started to get up at 4:30 every morning to get it done. It sucked. And I was SOOOOO tired the first week of it but green tea and 5 hr energy were my friend. 5 hr energy gave me the shakes so NOW I just use E & E to get me through. LOL. I am still to tired at the end of the day so I always try to get it done before the ish hits the fan for the day and I am just full of excuses for myself.
You can do it. It’s a conscious choice. It will get easier and you can always use E&E to help get you motivated and give you that burst of energy.
Working out Sucks. But having a muffin top sucks more. If you want it gone…you have to put in the work. Don’t place self imposed limitations on
