Today’s move of the day is an Ab and lag move. It’s killer. Not sure what this is called but we can name it. How about squat rockers. Lol.
1⃣Get low and hold it for a minute. Repeat 3 times. Can’t hold a full minute… then do 30 seconds and repeat.
2⃣Squeeze the core and lift up through your spine.
3⃣try not to bounce and get lower as you go.
