GOOD MORNING!! This week try to balance between pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and being easy on yourself. There is no need to be “in it to win it”. That pressure can sometimes lead you to giving up. Instead, be in it to do better, feel better, and to stretch your self imposed limitations…that is more than enough.
I want you to CONCENTRATE on the POSITIVE. Let go of the negative. Instead of “I didn’t do it right”, I want you to think of all the things that you DID accomplish. The way you talk to yourself have a negative impact on your life both physically and mentally. Your cells have ears. Lol. Use a love language with yourself. You will be surprised at how much better you will feel.
