Active stretching with your kiddo! As you know I am in Phase 2 of the Ultimate Reset. This Phase is especially hard for me this time around. I am tired, cranky, craving everything, and sore.
Stretching is a really great way to help release all the toxins built up in your joints. When you release toxins your joints may hurt.
It is such a beautiful day here so Audrey and I decided to do some yoga and stretching outside.
This is fun for everyone. Just make sure that your child’s neck is supported by your shoulder as you go back so she isn’t crunched up to tightly in a ball. Hold her feet as you go back. Audrey is 16 months so her head is above my shoulder and goes back with me.
Keep your legs straight and tap your toes. Feel each vertebrae touch the ground and roll up as you go back and then again as you come forward.
