All you need is a HILL!! One of my all time favorite love it but Hate it workouts requires nothing but a hill.
Today my kids and I went to the park and after doing Dirty 30 from the 21 day fix, we sprinted this massive hill. My tush is going to be sore tomorrow but I know that means that it was a great workout.
Depending on the size of the hill and how hard you sprint… Do 5-10 rounds of sprint up side step down. Then at the bottom do 10 push ups and 10 squats. If you REALLY WANT TO GO CRAZY…Add 10 v-ups.
