Great start to the morning. An Avocadolada. Tropical goodness in a glass.
I am not a huge fan of veggies or fruit if you can believe that. I eat them because I know I need too. I would much rather have meat and potatoes.
An easy way for me to get in my veggie and fruit servings for the day are to add them to a smoothie and have that with breakfast or as breakfast.
Give it a try!
Avocadolada Smoothie:
1/2 avocado
8 oz coconut water
1 cup spinach/kale
Squeeze of half a lime
Coconut chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple
Optional add ins:
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
Or
Any veggie or pea protein
