Awesome Ab Exercise! This morning I was seriously ridding the struggle bus. I did not want to get up. All I wanted to do was sleep. We lost an hour due to the time change as we entered a different time zone so I was hurtin. This hotel room was super tiny and had ZIP SPACE. The floor was nasty, I left the blanket in the car, no workout clothes…oh the excuses were flying. The LAST thing I wanted to do was workout. I posted to the group that I was struggling and asked them to hold me accountable for it. I DID IT!!! and I feel so much better. I am awake and ready for the long driving day ahead of us.
This exercise kicked my butt. Do this for 30 seconds on each side and repeat 3 times.
