Move of the day:
BALL CRUNCHES
These are killer and really work the abs. Grab a ball!
1 get you feet up finding a comfortable position with the tops of your feet touching the ball.
2 Tighten the core.
3 Keep your shoulders over your wrists.
4 Using your core pull your knees into your chest
KEEP THE ENERGY IN THE CORE!!!!
5 do 5 reason and out and out
6 without dropping twist your core and pull the opposite knee to the elbow and repeat 5 on each side
That equals 1. Repeat 3 times!!
