Move of the Day: BALL TO THE WALL SQUATS
My little girl is sick and won’t be put down so eccentric moves is what’s in store for me today. No Excuses here, and…she loves it. She thinks it’s a game.
Grab a ball and a wall and start squatting
1 Keep your back straight
2 shoulders in line with your hips
3 knees over the ankles
4 squat down until you hit a 90 degree angle or a tad bit lower.
5 go down slow and explode up
(Quick up not shown since little one is puky)
Do 12 reps and on the last one….hold for 10 seconds before exploding up.
Repeat 3 times
(added weight is optional)
