Need A great side item for dinner?? This Collard Green REcipe is AMAZING! I did not like Collard greens at all until I made them this way. They are almost sweet. I served them for our Church Small Group Gathering and everyone was raving about them and asking for the recipe as they too were not collard greens fans until they at these. This recipe is totally clean.
What you need:
1 bulk of collard greens deveined and chopped.
4 Roma tomatoes sliced and chopped,
1/2 onion chopped, salt & pepper,
a drizzle of balsamic vinegar (I use the glaze).
Place onions and tomatoes in a large skillet pan and cook them down. Seriously cook them down and add salt and pepper. Add the collards and balsamic and stir until collards are cooked down as well. Remove from heat and serve.
