Don’t discount the power of a resistance band. My bootay is of fiyah!! . It is totally quiet here. Both kids are at school and I was able to do my workout in complete peace and quiet. It’s harder she I have to focus more. Lol. Anyway.
Today’s booty band exercises are:
Heel kick backs 3 x 15
Hamstring curls 3 x 15
Fire Hydrants 3×15
