Today’s move is a booty blaster! It is a killer. You can modify by not going all the way to the ground and not lifting you leg as high.
Repeat on each leg for 30 seconds each. Put the weight in the foot and the hip keeping your eyes forward. Get the rib cage down to the knees if you can. Engage the core. It will help you with your balance.
