I struggle with overactive brain? It keeps me from being focused or even present in the moment. These days we have a million things to juggle in such a demanding instant gratification world. It makes me feel CRAZY at times and even, like a failure on the days that I don’t get it all done. Do you ever feel this way? Here is how I help to relieve overactive brain. It’s a new week and lots to do. But…a focused life is a better life.
I took time today to “brain dump” 💩 everything that was on my mind and that needs to be taken care of this week. I made out a list from my chicken scratch notes and I prioritized what I need to do FIRST so that the other things aren’t done half assed or left incomplete.
Sometimes taking a step back to evaluate your actions against your goals is a good thing. It may mean that things will slow down a bit leaving you feeling like you aren’t doing enough BUT as long as what you are doing is productive work and not “busy” work, it will improve the way your life/business flows in the future, and it’s worth it.
You have to pull an arrow back carefully and Focus in on its direction angles & path so it can fly forward, with sheer force, zeroed in towards its target.
