We are rolling out our BRAND NEW challenge group format.
Our Next Challenge will begin on July 28th and run for 4 weeks. We will give you a workbook and walk you through daily steps on how to get started with creating a healthier diet with a meal plan and nutrition guide. We will give you an at home exercise plan in which you can follow daily. You will have 30 day access to a massive amount of tips on leading a healthier lifestyle in both fitness and nutrition. We will work on time management and more. You will be added to a private facebook group where you will have the support and encouragement of others who are on a similar journey to becoming one who lives with a positive mindset and a happier healthier lifestyle as a WHOLE. There will be a prize awarded at the end to the person with the most points. You will earn points based on participation in the group.
