Cardio Sprints Workout

If you are short on time like I was this morning and need to get in a really good cardio sweat…try out this cardio sprint workout. This can be done on a treadmill as well but I prefer to do it outside. I run it around the cul-de-sac out front. It took me 15 minutes total not including the cool down.

As you go, DO NOT PAUSE IN-BETWEEN sets. Use the jog and the walk to catch your breath, focus on breathing and bringing down the heart rate. If you need to stop then please do but try to push yourself mentally. I sprint the 60 in one direction and turn around to jog and walk the opposite direction back towards the starting line.

Cardio Sprints

Sprint 60 yards
Jog 40 yards
Walk 20 yards

Repeat 10xs
