Here is a move for you to try today.
Chair crescent. Sit in a squat position at a 90 degree angle Kees over your toes more towards the ankles. Straight arms over your head. While in chair position take a step back and land in crescent pose. Lift back leg and return to chair pose using your core. (Don’t push off your back foot) repeat with opposite leg. Alternating legs for 1 minute. Repeat 3 times.
