When you start to get comfortable it usually means it is time to push a little bit harder and get uncomfortable again. Challenge yourself. Change happens outside of your comfort zone.
So…what am I to do on this rainy Sunday?? Challenge myself and up my weights and make my heavies my lights for my dirty 30 workout. I skipped it yesterday. . I took my after pictures for the last day of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I see where my stubborn spots are. It just means I need to challenge myself more to help them transform.
