I am looking for 10 women who want to 10-30 lbs and learn to eat healthier while still having a few treats ever now and then including a glass of wine. Women who want to learn how to eat and exercise for everyday life. Those that really want to make a change, a fresh start, and be happier and healthier for themselves and for their family.
In the next few weeks I will be setting up a a new group to help you accomplish all of the above. I will guide you on how to build shopping lists that don’t overwhelm you each week and how to build your pantry over time with all the healthy ingredients. You can make meals that your kids will eat and enjoy as well. Find the time to exercise daily and really just start your own personal health journey and transformation. If you already know all of that ^^ you can still jump in and just start something new.
I have spent the last 2 years helping countless women and men get results by getting fit and healthy and now its your turn!
I know how hard it is to lose weight, and how much harder it is to keep it off! We will follow a dialed in meal plan with portion controlling! There will be no guessing games, we will have a plan that will be customized to you, and a fitness program that is fun and doable for any fitness level, and of course, my support and motivation every step of the way! And as a bonus a meal plan, with shopping lists and recipes!
