Clean Turkey Chili

This is so yummy!  I first cook the onions and garlic in the pan then add the Ground Turkey and coat with Cumin. Add Green Chilies. Cook all the way through. While the Turkey is cooking I place the Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, and Beans to the crock pot. You can cook this on the stove as well) I cook mine in the crock pot on high for immediate serving or let it simmer all day on low or warm for the best flavor but you can make it and serve right away. Combine the Turkey mixture to the crock pot. Start adding in the Cheyenne Pepper, Cumin Black Pepper, and Chili Powder to taste.

This recipe is really about taste testing. I never have exact amounts. I go heavy on the Cumin. Good Luck and Enjoy!

Fills One Crock Pot.
