Talk about a full booty workout. I LOVE curtsy lunges. Excuse my devil wings in my hair. When mommies have babies their hair falls out and it leaves us with wings. Headbands are my fav right now but they are getting longer and harder to cover.
1⃣keep your hips in line with your planted leg
2⃣don’t overextend your lunge leg
3⃣bend and cutsy till your knee just barely taps the floor
4⃣stand up squeezing the glutes and the tush. DO NOT PUSH OFF YOUR CURTSY FOOT.
5⃣Use a weight that is suitable for you even if it is a basketball
