Did you drink your water today?

I always have a really hard time drinking water. I need to drink 3-4 of these water bottles a day. I use the standard 1/2 my body weight in oz. If it is super hot I add an extra 32 oz. It makes me have to “go” all the time but….

My skin is healthier and I feel more full. It helps me combat the urge to eat when I am not hungry. I am an emotional eater & eat when I am bored.

So…do yourself & your body a favor & drink your water.
