Busy Mom’s favorite meal on the go. Seriously…DO NOT SKIP MEALS! I know a lot of people who say that they just don’t have time to eat and that they just grab and go. I totally get that. I am a busy mom and CEO. Time is something I don‘t have a lot of but you have to put your priorities in check and your nutrition should be one of them. You are more effective, and your brain and body function better when you have fueled your body properly.
An easy alternative is to find a QUALITY meal replacement that you can make fast or just grab and go. There are so many great options out there. Me personally, I choose Shakeology since it is all about nutrition and packed with the superfoods and dense nutrition that my body needs without all the sugar, chemicals, and calories that actually do you more harm then good. I actually use it as my snack and eat real raw whole foods for my other meals of the day. I choose the vegan since whey protein doesn’t agree with my stomach. I feel confident about what I am putting in my body.
No matter what you choose, just make sure that you are reading the ingredients and getting all the proper nutrients that your body needs. Your body needs fuel but be mindful of what you are putting in the tank.
