Do you struggle with back fat? This is the part of my body that JUST WON’T change. Maybe it’s because I like cookies and salt and vinegar chips too much. Lol. Or maybe it’s because I was born with spinabifida and have broken my back more than once. My lower back has ISSUES. Lol But seriously…even when I was training…I couldn’t get the chiseled low back area that other girls had.
I am trying to work on that more consciously. Not just for the esthetics of it but for strength in my low back. I need to work more on strengthening the muscles around my spine so I can lessen the pain.
Here is one exercise that I have been doing lately at home. You could use a bench or side of a couch too. Have someone hold or sit on your legs if needed. Do 3 reps of 10-15. I can only do about 10 right now. Working up to 15. Give it a try!
