I rarely drink anything but water. On occasion I have some almond milk or a flavored sparkling water. So many calories can be wasted throughout the day on sugary drinks. Not to mention that most juices are not really “juice”.
If you drink a juice try to get it fresh pressed or instead of drinking juice eat a whole orange or an apple, Real food is more filling and more nutritious than juice, fruit drinks, soda and other high-calorie beverages.
