Dry Brushing !

Dry Brushing is seriously my favorite thing to do for my skin in the late fall and winter. It should be done year round but my skin craves it in the colder months.

It stimulates your pressure points, heightens your “chi” so to speak, improves your circulation, loosens up all that dead skin that we sloth off and keeps your pores clear so that the harmful toxins won’t reabsorb AND it reduces cellulite. Yup….it’s amazing.

You can buy a natural bristle brush at any food store or online. Drug stores carry them too. The gloves work great too. If you live in Calvert County…I got mine at Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa. It’s my favorite one to date. If you don’t live there…Check your local day spa or medi spa. I also sell one on my website. I will put the link in the comments.

Some people say to start with your feet and work your way up but…just do it. Who cares how. Throw in some circular motions and get every part of your beautiful body (ESPECIALLY your upper thighs and tush with some upward sweeps). Do it before you get in the shower.

I used to get ingrown hairs really bad and I do see a definite difference there and my skin is more glowy and less scaly.

So…long and short…get a dry brush and love on your body a little from the outside
