I’m a firm believer in “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.“ Especially where my food is concerned. Things may not always go according to plan, but at least I have one and I feel like that’s half the battle. And let’s be honest here– in your fitness and health or weight loss journey, the REAL battle is the eating part. You can do all the workouts you want, but if you won’t change how you eat then you are just playing for the tie. No one likes a battle that ends in a tie. People like to win!
