February 30 Day Squat Challenge

Good Morning!!! Welcome February!! In a little over a month I will be leaving on a FREE cruise that I earned through my job as a coach.  One of the parts of my body that I am always self conscious about is my rear.  It is the first thing to head south when I am not training for a competition.  This month I will be doing P90X3, Yoga, and adding in a little of the new program called Fix 21.  As an added bonus I  am going to add daily squats to my workout routine.  I have a brand new TGrip bar and am looking forward to using it every day. Who wants to join in and do it with me?? It’s Free! You don’t need a bar. Just add it to your routine everyday! Time to lift the tush and get it ready for a bikini!!

You can Do all these as body weight exercises all at once or you can split them up and do them. For example you can do 100 squats split up by doing 10 sets of 10 squats or 4 sets of 25.

PRACTICE PROPER FORM: keep your Knees over your Ankles and put the weight in your heels. Toes up arms out in front to keep your balance

Eat Clean, Stay Hydrated, HAVE FUN!

I can’t wait to see the before and afters of all your nice round lifted Tushes Rocking your bikini’s !
