Fit Tip Of The Day !

Fit Tip of the day! Don’t sacrifice form for comfort. Gradually work towards the perfect form but push yourself to become stronger, more flexible, and closer every day. Modify if you have to but try to keep core parts of the movement in mind to maintain form as much as possible. Don’t cheat yourself as it is the easiest way to actually hurt yourself.
