TBT….This was me from start to present of this crazy fitness journey. I have never been FAT but I have struggled through losing weight after having children and while suffering from post partum depression.
The struggles you face in weight loss are of equal value to each person regardless of your size. It is the metal and emotional struggles that are the hardest part.
IT is the battle to not give in to tempations. The mental discipline that is learned when it comes to preparations for meals and for exercise.
Fighting those little deamons on your shoulders that Tell you to just go ahead and eat that doughnut or that tell you can just workout later. Before you know it you ate a whole box of doughnuts and you are still on the couch and ready for bed.
It is the strength and manner in which you handle yourself that determine your success.
Weight Loss is HARD. Period. End of Story. But it is not impossible.
Get on a proven plan, get nutrition guidance and join an accountability group. Fitness+Nutrition+Accountability= Success.
