“Fluff” Disappearing From My Abs !

YAY!! I am finally starting to see the “fluff” disappearing from my abs. I had built up a light layer of “fluff” over the last few weeks. But with a week of eating well portioned clean foods, exercising regularly, and drink my Shakeology daily…I can see them again!! Still have some work to do but I have 2 more weeks!! Yay!! Happy transformation Tuesday!! I am a constant work in progress. If you wanna lose the “fluff”
