Don’t get stuck in the negative. Repeat positive affirmations to yourself daily. Leave notes for yourself to remind yourself that you are beautiful, good enough, strong, and worth it. Remove negative influences and negative people who tear you down. Surround yourself with those who lift you up, encourage you, and love you for who you are and the person you are working to become which is better than the person you were yesterday. Focus on the positive and watch in amazement as you flourish.
