Free Exercise !

Take the stairs. It’s good for you. I find it both odd and a little sad when I get the most awkward confused looks from people when I walk right passed the elevator and escalators to take the stairs. Think about it. If you are capable of taking the stairs at that moment there is no reason to NOT. Choose to not be lazy and utilize the everyday free forms of exercise.
