Move of the day: FROGGY CRUNCHES
These are silly but totally killer on the abs.
1 Keep the feet turned out
2 keep the lower back pressed to the floor pelivis turned under
3 shoulders up
4 don’t pull on your neck
5 keep the core tight
6 BREATHE !!! Don’t hold your breath.
Do this for 1min rounds and repeat 3xs
Feel the burn As a snack have a handful of raw nuts and a grapefruit sweetened with a little cinnamon or a dash of stevia.
