Glute Rocker !

Move of the day: Glute Rocker

This move will be great for the glutes. It is more active stretching which is so important for your muscles. Your muscles will heal more quickly and develop faster when you are actively stretching after every workout.

Do this for 30 seconds with each leg and repeat 3xs
