It has been awhile since my last video move. Now that my body is back in the right state I have been working on my inner strength and use of my own body weight to sculpt out MY perfect body.
This variation is a great way to build core strength as well as hip and upper body strength at the same time.
Get into a plank and push your heels toward the back wall. Using your core, gently lift the leg and turn your hips toward the ceiling and crossing your right leg through and under your body with the foot flexed. Heel should be pushing towards the side wall. While doing this you will exhale down into a push-up position then inhale and push back up to plank.
Repeat on other side. Do as many as you can.
