Happy Flex Friday!!

A little Fit tip for amazing arms…Before you go to bed do as many push ups as you can. Then each day try to do one more. You can even put your legs up on your bed and do inverted pushups to make it more difficult and to target a different part of your body. Add in a few triceps dips on the floor as well those arms will be tighter and stronger in time.
