HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! No excuses here. Day 4 of Max 30 and we did Tabata Power. We are very competitive in nature, all 3 of us, so there was no way that we were maxing out. Lol.
Last time I did this workout it was 5:30 am and I did it by myself & #imaxedout at 9:46. Today #ididnotmaxout I made it the full 30 minutes. I followed the modifier and at the end I kicked it up a notch and followed Shaun through the abs section through to the end. I am pretty sure there were noises and things coming out of my mouth that shouldn’t have. It was tough and I thought about giving up. Val encouraged and pushed us to keep going. He’s a beast and a awesome motivator.
Mindy was there to vouch for us that we didn’t pause or break or stop and that we made it the full 30. Triceps got the best of her. It was her first workout in a while.
We are now ready to eat, chill, and watch some college football. PS-The meal plan and nutrition guide is awesome. I love it.
