Move the day: HIP DIPS (hip ups)
This bad boy tackles that annoying area on your sides that just never seem to tighten up. Lift the leg to add a little difficulty.
1 sit on your side and place your arm at your side.
2 wrist under elbow.
3 legs straight out
4 hips up
5 keep your hips square and forward. DO NOT open your hips toward the ceiling.
6 slowly lower your hips to the floor keeping your arm straight. 7?lift with the core and raise your hip to the ceiling
8 keep the energy in your core and obliques.
