Lunch!! 2 green 1/2 red and half purple with one orange as well . Also known as a Huge salad with apples, strawberries, blueberries, chicken, carrots, spring mix, and a homemade dressing. SO yummy!!! Clean eating doesn’t mean bland and it doesn’t mean it has to be boring or hard. It just takes a little planning and pre pepping. I am a create of habit and could eat the same thing day in and day out so it makes it easy for me. Swap out a few things here and there and try 1 new thing a week.
